Although Blue Wolf assists in regulatory compliance and operational oversight, ultimate legal responsibility for property ownership and compliance remains with the owner. Blue Wolf does not provide legal advice unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Wolf shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
